Center objectives:

* Carry out specialized programs for training and preparation on arbitration work, in a manner that contributes to providing successive generations of arbitrators and continuously raising their efficiency.

* Provide the self-capabilities that allow the concerned parties to resolve their disputes through arbitration or its modern alternatives through the center, and this includes providing the appropriate place for the arbitration board sessions and all necessary administrative work.

* Supervise the conduct of scientific academic studies and research in the field of arbitration, in a manner that achieves the development of academic awareness among individuals, bodies and various institutions.

* Organize courses and conferences related to arbitration.

* Establish a library specialized in the fields of arbitration, which includes in particular books and publications related to the means and alternatives for resolving disputes.

* Issue periodicals and brochures related to the center’s activities.

* Prepare integrated and renewable lists of national and foreign arbitrators and experts accredited by the center, whether to carry out arbitration work, prepare expert reports or advisory services.

* Cooperation and developing links with other arbitration centers in Egypt or abroad.

The advantages provided by the center:

The participant is trained in arbitration courses to qualify them to work efficiently in the field of arbitration. The courses are as follows: (General Course – In-depth Course – Specialized Courses – Training Workshop Courses).

After completing any course, the participant receives a certified and authenticated certificate from the center and the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University, which is then authenticated by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

After completing four training courses (General – In-depth – Two Specialized Courses), the participant receives a membership card for inclusion in the list of accredited arbitrators at the Ain Shams University Center for Arbitration.

The Professional Arbitration Diploma Program (two stages) accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities has been activated, preparing participants to obtain an accredited and authenticated arbitrator and expert card in international arbitration, certified by the center and the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University.
