Ain Shams University students continue to win the eighth season prizes ofIbda’a Festival competitions
 

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University and supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Ain Shams University students continued to excel in the creativity festival competitions, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports for students of Egyptian universities and higher institutes and academies in a number of areas.

The university won first place in individual religious chanting, which was won by the student Mustafa Mahmoud Al-Shafi’i at the Faculty of Specific Education with a prize of 20 thousand pounds, in addition to the third place in collective religious chanting with a prize of 15 thousand pounds, the team included each of the students (Mohamed Khaled Abdel Samea, Mohamed Hamdy Mohamed Khaled Ahmed Nour El-Din, Mostafa Abdel-Azim Mostafa, Mahmoud Saber Abdel-Moneim, Faculty of Commerce, Youssef Essam Mohamed, Faculty of Law, Omar Khaled Sayed Abdullah, Faculty of Agriculture)

The university also won second place in the field of writing the novel, with the victory of female student ShahdanEssam Abdel Majeed, at the Faculty of Arts, with a prize of 18 thousand pounds.

In the field of colloquial poetry, the student Nihal Jamal Kamel Ibrahim, the student at the Girls ’College, won the first place with a prize of 20,000 pounds.

The Folklore team also won the third place at the level of Egyptian universities with a prize of 63 thousand pounds. The team included students (Haitham Mohamed Ali Hussein, Youssef Mohamed Abdel Majid, students, Mohab Mohamed KhedaiwiMusa students at the Faculty of Agriculture, Raghda Sami Mohamed Abdel Halim, Habieh Youssef Ali Mahmoud Suleiman, Dina Ashraf Mohamed Sayed, Toka Saeed Abdullah Ismail, Hind Jamal Mahmoud Al Banna, when Walid Qassem Abdel Wahab Ahmed, Ahmed Mohamed Anwar Abdel Karim, Maryam Gabriel Mansour, students at the Faculty of Arts, and students Ahmed Serag El Din Mahfouz Abdel Baqi, Mohamed Nazeeh Rifai Muhammad Hassan, Muhammad Khalid Muhammad Buhairi, Christian RizkNatejAzi G, NourhanFathi Abdel-Gawad Al-Sayyed Al-Talib, Faculty of Commerce, Ammar Atef Tuaima Muhammad Sitten, Faculty of Computers and Information). Captain Hossam El Mansi also won a prize of 5 thousand pounds as the best folk-art coach.

This is in addition to the university winning the first places in scientific creativity, playing and music, as well as the third place in sculpture, bringing the total number of awards of Ain Shams University students to date to 294 thousand pounds, until the results of theater and short films competitions are announced.

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini praised the efforts of the education sector and students under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud, as well as the efforts of Prof. Dr. Tamer Radi, Advisor to the Vice Chancellor for Education and Student Affairs, and Mr. Mohamed Al-Sharkawi, Acting General Director of the General Administration for Youth Welfare.
