Vice President of the University praises the centers scored by the students in the national competition "Ibdaa"

Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs chaired the meeting of the Education and Student Board, which is held for the first time with video conference technology with the participation of all faculty agents for education and students affairs, where the session was opened by Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud emphasized the necessity to adhere to the social separation, especially in the coming days, which witnessed many religious celebrations. He also congratulated the Christian brothers on Easter and glorious resurrection and the Arab and Islamic worlds near the coming of the holy month of Ramadan.

His Excellency also expressed his happiness with the results of the National Competition for the Ministry of Youth and Sports Creativity 2020 organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports for the eighth consecutive year under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Republic and under the supervision of His Excellency the Minister of Youth and Sports Professor Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, which is the largest competition in the Arab world and the Middle East For students of universities, higher institutes and government academies, where the Department of Scientific Activity at the General Administration of Youth Welfare in cooperation with the university's IHUB team won the first position in the field of scientific creativity and the value of the prize reached 42125 thousand Egyptian pounds distributed The winning students are team members. The music playing team of Ain Shams University won first place over the universities, and the prize value reached 950000 thousand Egyptian pounds, distributed to the winning students, members of the team. The university also won the third place for the plastic arts team in the field of sculpture with an award of 160,000 Egyptian pounds.

Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud said that these achievements confirm the leadership of Ain Shams University under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, in the field of student activities and permanent and continuous care for its distinguished student children, in order to ensure the development of their talents in all fields and refine their personalities in an optimal way to produce promising and distinguished youth in various fields, capable of creativity, innovation, and distinguished and honorable participation in all local and international competitions and forums.

His Excellency thanked all those responsible for this supervised work under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tamer Radi, Advisor to the Vice Chancellor for Student Activities and General Supervisor of the Activity Mohamed Al-Sharkawi, Acting Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare and all the employees involved in achieving this achievement.

The Board also dealt with following up the stages of applying the measures taken to preserve the continuation of the educational process and the completion of the school year, ensuring that students are not affected by the suspension of the study, to ensure the continuation of the educational process for students who reach nearly two hundred thousand students.
