It is not required to submit copies of papers and certificates, but in extreme necessity we strongly recommend and advise that each student take one or more copies of all his certificates and papers and keep them as they will inevitably be requested from him in the internal coordination of the college in which he will be accepted.
The student and his guardian are fully responsible for the validity of the papers and certificates submitted and in the event that any certificate, document or statement is discovered to be invalid or forged, legal and judicial procedures will be taken against them directly.
The student and his guardian are also fully responsible for registering the subjects and grades on the Internet. It is necessary to be very accurate in registering all the subjects that the student studied in the certificate with their correct grades, as in the event that the student does not register or even forgets to register one or more subjects, the responsibility does not fall on the Coordination Office for registering these subjects, as the Coordination Office only matches the subjects and grades registered by the student with the grades and subjects already present in the original certificate. The Coordination Office advises registering the largest possible number of subjects studied by the student (not just the highest grades) and the program will automatically choose the highest grades and eligible and required subjects.
Students who will register on the Internet and then do not submit their papers to the Coordination Office inside this envelope, what they registered on the Internet will not be considered, and their names and data will be deleted and they will not be nominated.
The student guide must be read very carefully), as well as the guide of private institutes available on the Coordination website on the Internet" before registering desires and before submitting the papers.
