The Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University represented by the Education and Student Affairs Sector, has completed the registration of new students (first and second stages) in the various departments of the faculty for the academic year 2020/2021.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty emphasized that the work of internal coordination and recording students' desires to join the departments was done in a distinguished manner, and he praised the good organization of all stages of coordination, starting from withdrawing the application file, then going to the treasury for payment, then the medical center doctors conducting an examination on it until the student Fill out the wish form, hand in the file and a receipt for paying the expenses, to the final stage of receiving the faculty card.
While "Mortada" praised the great effort made by all those responsible for the internal coordination process, headed by Professor Dr. Hanan Kamel, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, who indicated that precautionary measures should be followed to avoid the spread of the "Covid-19" virus through the continuous sterilization of employee customer tools and the provision of funds Sterile plastic, in which the files are placed after delivery to avoid the spread of the virus, in addition to dividing students by 400 students per day from nine in the morning to three in the afternoon to achieve the principle of spacing by providing 10 coordination committees of student affairs staff.
The Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs said that the Faculty will announce the result of internal coordination for new students in the departments according to the conditions of each department, as well as the study schedule in the departments on the official Faculty website page before the start of the academic year.
It is worth noting that Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty, gave the members of the Faculty Student and Volunteer Union certificates of appreciation for their great effort in guiding new students and answering the questions of students and parents.
