A delegation of the Armed Forces Computer Qualification Center visits Ain Shams University

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, received a delegation from the Computer Rehabilitation Center in the Armed Forces, to thank the fruitful cooperation between the two sides regarding the training of Ain Shams University students with disabilities in the special training program for people with special needs, as part of the initiative adopted by the political leadership and presented as a free grant from the Armed Forces Computer Qualification Center.

This was in the presence of Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, where Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini said that the Armed Forces are a fundamental and permanent supporter of the university, praising the distinguished training program that Ain Shams University students received, which is concerned with special attention to people with special needs.

50 students from Ain Shams University's Service Center for Students with Disabilities (audio-kinetic-visual) participated, headed by Prof. Dr. Rana Al-Hilali, director of the center in the special training program for people with special needs, presented as a grant from the Ministry of Communications, and the training is carried out at the Computer Rehabilitation Center in the Armed Forces, where the training program lasted for two months and included training on Office - Windows programs, computer and mobile phone maintenance, and phone marketing, Photoshop program. Accompanied by a. Dalia Mohamed, who is the custodian of the center, Prof. Ahmed Salah.

It is worth noting that the Service Center for Students with Disabilities has been opened at Ain Shams University since last December with the aim of correcting the concept of inclusion so that educational services for students with disabilities arrive in a manner that suits his disability, which makes it really required in the labor market, as well as supporting and promoting inclusive education for students with disabilities by providing a range of services Integrated within the university.
