April 6 ... The launch of the ninth scientific conference of Ain Shams University

Ain Shams University is organizing its ninth scientific conference, titled "The Fourth Generation of Universities ... Between Reality and Aspiration", under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University and President of the Conference, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research and Vice President of the Conference, Prof. Dr. Abdul Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hesham Temraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; And that in the period from the sixth to the eighth of next April.

A number of Egyptian and international universities from the United States of America, Canada, Britain, Singapore and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will participate in the conference, in addition to Ain Shams University's partners in various fields.

The conference discusses several main axes: (iHUB) innovation sector, student sector, where two simulation sessions are held: the first for students of the medical sector, which is a simulation session of the World Health Organization, the second for students of faculties in the humanities sector, and aims to demonstrate the role that each college can play in the university's transformation to a fourth-generation university.

The Graduate Studies Sector includes: Basic Sciences Sector: Digital Governance is the way to make the best use of digital transmission, the environmental dimension and climate change, the future of mineral wealth in Egypt, the rapid detection of environmental pollution using laser spectra, cement engineering from laboratory to commercial production, international climate changes and its effects on Egyptian agriculture, the new on Covid-19 vaccines and lessons learned, the role of the Food Safety Authority, whether on exports or imports to and from Egypt, important developments in global biodiversity, nanotechnology in cardiology.

Medical Sector: Vaccination, value and finance and implications for Egypt, International partnerships, Future Healthcare Models, Future of professional development in health professions education, the future of assessment Post COVID-19: Medical education perspective, ASU Healthcare Community Outreach, polarity thinking in medical education, Introduction to bioinformatics, Precision Medicine.

It is worth noting that the conference attendance certificate is equivalent to training course for promotion courses.
