Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, inspected the examination committees at the Faculty of Girls, Ain Shams University, on the first day of the start of the faculty examinations, where he accompanied Saoud during his tour to check on the progress of work and take all necessary precautionary and preventive measures.
Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud with the procedures followed by the faculty administration, where three lanes were designated for the entrance of female students, indicating the spacing distances that must be preserved and the path that students must follow to reach the committee and allocating four other lanes for the exit of students and stressing that there are no gatherings among students before and after the exams with Emphasis on measuring temperatures for all students and observers. For her part, Prof. Dr. Rukia Shalabi said that the faculty made all preparations for the exams, including preparing halls, providing all means of ventilation, and providing a medical team in anticipation of emergency cases.
Prof. Dr. Mai Helmy, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Girls for Education and Student Affairs, indicated that precautionary measures have been taken into account in the process of receiving the answer sheets, as they are collected and transferred to the controls through sterile plastic boxes to reduce the incidence of infection and to preserve the safety of everyone.
