It allows the existence of channels of communication between the two ministries of social solidarity and the university in order to bring about a kind of integration between them in providing a package of social services that the university student needs, being an Egyptian citizen, represents a goal of sustainable development and is relied upon to contribute to its achievement, in a way that achieves all social and economic services for students. In addition to promoting positive awareness of university students and supporting the knowledge and experience of Egyptian university students.

Within the framework of the protocol, a social solidarity unit will be established, working on three axes, the first of which is the axis of social protection and economic empowerment through the provision of social protection and development services, rehabilitation and integration services for persons with disabilities, economic empowerment services and financial inclusion.

The second axis is awareness and character building through holding workshops and seminars, distributing educational brochures and pamphlets and electronic platforms.

And the last axis is to support knowledge and experiences through conducting inspection visits to the Ministry of Social Solidarity and dialogue with workers, in addition to making field visits to development projects under the umbrella of the ministry, and volunteering part of the time for the benefit of projects or groups that are served by the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
