The Faculty of Business applied strict precautionary measures during the second semester exams

Based on the keenness of Ain Shams University, headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, of the safety of students and faculty staff during the course of the second semester exams and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, the Faculty of Business headed by Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadri, Dean of the Faculty and supervised by Prof. Dr. Gehan Ragab, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, by taking a number of strict precautionary measures in light of the start of the second semester exams in light of the implementation of precautionary measures within the faculties and institutes of Ain Shams University, where a committee was formed to follow up and apply the precautionary measures within the Faculty headed by Prof. Dr. Khaled kadri, Dean of the Faculty, which formed an executive working group affiliated with the committee of gentlemen of the Faculty’s employees to assist the members of the follow-up committee and the application of precautionary measures within the Faculty during the period of examinations and postgraduate examinations.

In addition, a video and a post was created on social media regarding the precautionary measures that must be followed by the students of the Faculty during the examination period, in addition to preparing a daily report to Mr. Prof. Dean of the Faculty regarding the notes of the precautionary measures during the exams.

The Faculty of Business issued a number of warnings and instructions that would regulate the examination process in line with the precautionary measures followed, namely:

- Commitment to show his ID card.

- Not taking off the mask completely.

- Commitment to restraint, good behavior, and containment of situations.

- Ensure that the examination committee (or department) assigned to it is sterilized at most a quarter of an hour before the exam.

- Ensure that all sterilization and disinfection tools are provided within the examination committees.

- Ensure safe distances between students during the exam.

- Requiring all students, observers, and exam supervisors to wear medical masks to preserve their lives and safety from any harm.

- Those whose temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees is detected, or who has symptoms of Corona virus such as coughing and runny nose, call the doctor of the Faculty Medical Center immediately.

- In emergency situations, such as the presence of unstable cases of patients among the college students, the office of the Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development should be contacted immediately.

- Emphasis on wearing masks throughout the period of stay inside the college buildings and social distancing.

- The absence of any student inside the college buildings after leaving the examination committee and not being allowed to be present on the college campus.

- Warning students through the supervisors of the committee (the assisting body) to bring all his personal and written tools necessary for the examination. It is prohibited to use any written or personal tools from another student during the examination period.

- Ensure that the committee is well ventilated and has open ports.
