The Adult Education Center organizes a training course for the trainer (TOT) at Fayoum University

The Adult Education Center, Ain Shams University, organized a TOT training course in the field of adult education for (30) teaching assistants and assistant teachers at Fayoum University, at the invitation of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Aboulghar, Vice President of Fayoum University of Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Ahmed Abdel Hamid Selim, Director of Fayoum University Public Service Center

Proceeding from the pioneering societal role of Ain Shams University in eliminating the problem of illiteracy, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and with the directions of Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President of Community Service and Environmental Development; The Adult Education Center, Ain Shams University, organized a TOT training course in the field of adult education for (30) teaching assistants and assistant teachers at Fayoum University, at the invitation of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Said Abul-Ghar, Vice President of Fayoum University of Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Ahmed Abdel Hamid Selim Director of the Public Service Center, Fayoum University.

Present in the course Dr. Islam Al-Saeed, Director of the Adult Education Center, Ain Shams University, and Mrs. Samar Saudi is a certified trainer from the Adult Education Center, Ain Shams University.

Prof. Dr. Ahmed Jaber Shedid, President of Fayoum University, honored the trainers in the course and gifted them the Fayoum University shield; In recognition of their training efforts that were characterized by the wonderful interaction between the trainees and trainers, as well as the employment of a number of non-traditional methods and strategies in the field of teaching literacy and arithmetic to the illiterate.

At the end of the session, Dr. Islam Al-Saeed expressed his appreciation to the leaders of the prestigious Ain Shams University for their efforts to spread the culture of teamwork and true partnership to confront the problem of illiteracy, and thanks are extended to the leaders of Fayoum University for the wonderful cooperation and warm reception.
