The President of Ain Shams University and the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs witness the launch of the Faculty of Law exams

This morning, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Ain Shams University of Education and Student Affairs, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Naji Abdel Moamin, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Safi, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, inspects the committees of the second semester exams for the academic year 2020/2021 amid strict precautionary measures to limit the spread of the Covid 19 virus, as well as facilitating the entry and exit of students of the different teams, as their eminence has monitored the progress of the examination process as well as ensuring the preventive measures that It was taken by the faculty administration.

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, praised the precautionary measures taken by the faculty, the observers' preservation of social distancing, the wearing of masks, and the commitment of all to these measures, including students, observers and faculty staff, and for his part, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Fattah Saoud commended the measures taken by the faculty administration to prevent cheating, as well as the noticeable presence of security and civil defense personnel, to ensure the safety of alarms and fire extinguishers, and to ensure that there is no crowding during entry and exit from the examination committees, as well as the readiness of the medical staff of the faculty and providing them with first aid tools in the event of any suspicion of infection with the Corona virus, and following the necessary procedures.

         
   
         

Prof. Dr. Naji Abdel-Moamin, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University, stated that the exams for the second semester of the faculty started on the sixth of June and end on the eighth of July 2021, stressing that all the preparations for the exams have been completed, including the preparation of the halls and the provision of all means of ventilation, and a medical team has been prepared. In case of emergencies, he indicated that the exams were divided into 3 periods, starting from nine in the morning and ending at half past three, in implementation of the decision of the Supreme Council of Universities, and the duration of the committee is an hour and a half, then the break is an hour between each committee and another to sterilize and clean the committees, taking into account the precautionary measures and stressing the wearing of masks. Precautionary measures are also taken during the delivery of answer sheets to the controls by transferring them in sterile plastic boxes to reduce the incidence of infection and to preserve the students and faculty staff.

         
   
         

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Safi, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, added that the number of students taking exams today is a total of 30,162 students, divided into 10 committees: 26,212 for the Arab Division, 3,373 for the English Division, and 137 for the French Division, explaining the tightening of measures taken to prevent cheating during exams from Through plastic wallets, mobile phones are placed with a student card attached to them to ensure their preservation and prevent their use for cheating purposes.
