Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs inspects the conduct of exams at Faculty of Nursing

Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an inspection tour of the Faculty of Nursing, accompanied by Prof. Sahar Mousa Suleiman, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Sahar Yassin, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Seham. Gerges, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Hayam Refaat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, to see the progress of the exam process.

Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, praised the precautionary measures taken by the college before, during and after the exams, which include the implementation of the integrated proactive insurance plan and strict precautionary measures, which are carried out through (5) higher committees formed under the chairmanship of the dean and assistants of the Crisis Management Unit. Disasters, Measurement, Evaluation and Examinations Unit, Civil Defense Department, Security, Safety and Occupational Health at the College.

His Excellency conducted a positive parental dialogue with the students to raise their morale and ensure the safety of the precautionary measures and their non-negative impact on the smoothness of the exam process.

Examinations are held over three days a week for each group divided into two daily periods with a total of 1651 male and female students.

         
   
         

It is worth noting that the college had put in place a package of preventive precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all participants in the examination work, including students, faculty members and college employees, which is to publish the precautionary measures for all students on the college’s website, WhatsApp groups, on the college bulletin board and the stands, periodic passage of the college leaders to check on the The conduct of the exam process, commitment to specific dates for services provided to students other than exam dates, commitment to dates for entry and exit of cars to facilitate exit and entry paths for students, assignment of a number of teaching assistants at the gates to direct students to examination committees, assignment of members of the precautionary committee to permanent passage on the committees and ensuring the application of all precautionary measures for students and all faculty employees, permanent presence of medical supervision and legal affairs in the faculty, distribution of workers to the door of examination committees with alcohol and masks, setting a plan with specific dates for periodic cleaning and sterilization between the committees and daily spraying of all college buildings, setting up mechanisms for the work of various controls and photographing exams at specific dates exam day to ensure the confidentiality of exams, automatic mode. The faculty staff are called for correction 48 hours after the exam date to ensure that the paper is ready for correction.
