An inspection tour of the Vice President of Ain Shams University to start the theoretical exams at the Faculty of Science

Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Ain Shams University of Education and Student Affairs, inspected the examination committees at the Faculty of Science to check on the conduct of exams on the first day of the start of the theoretical exams at the faculty. He was accompanied during the tour by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ragaa Al-Sutohi, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Baghdadi, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Amani Suleiman, Vice Dean of Community Service and Environmental Development, and Mrs. Fawzia Abdel Wahab, Acting Secretary of the Faculty.

Prof. Dr. Abdul-Fattah Saoud praised the faculty administration’s keenness to implement all precautionary measures to limit the spread of the Corona virus, apply social distancing within the committees, and commit to wearing masks all the time, whether students or observers, as well as measuring temperatures for all students and workers before entering and ensuring continuous sterilization of the committees. And corridors before the beginning of each exam period, to ensure the safety of students and workers, praising the awareness of students in committing to wearing masks and applying precautionary measures.

         
   
         

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ragaa indicated that several pathways have been allocated for students to enter the committees that differ from the exit pathways in order to prevent any crowding before or after the exam period, as the exams are held in two periods, morning and evening.

Prof. Dr. Ashraf Baghdadi pointed out that the faculty exams will continue until July 8, next year. the teams were divided, where the test performed the first and third bands in daily exchange with the second and fourth bands. Examinations were conducted for each band in a separate period to achieve maximum distance within the committees between students and the absence of crowding during the entry and exit of students.

It is worth noting that all sterilizers that are used, whether to sterilize committees or hands, are manufactured inside the central laboratory of the faculty that is accredited by the National Accreditation Council "EGAC".
