Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud reviews the new in laparoscopic spine surgeries at the international session in South Africa

Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, presented remotely at the International Spinal Endoscopic Surgeries Course held in Johannesburg, South Africa, in cooperation with the University of the Witwatersrand

Hundreds of spine surgeons from all over the world participated in this course, and endoscopic spine surgery is one of the latest types of surgery in the world, with the least complications, and the least pain, as it is performed through very small openings that do not exceed only 1 cm.

It is mentioned that Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud assumed the presidency of the International Society for Spine Surgery and a member of its Executive Committee so far, and the International Society for Spine Surgery has honored Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud last September, in recognition of his scientific contributions to teaching and training hundreds of spine surgeons in various countries of the world.

Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud is one of the most prominent orthopedic and spine surgeons in the world, where many innovations known internationally in his name were registered in the field of spine surgery, including the creation of a surgical operation to stabilize the sacrum with medical screws, which is registered in major references and international journals in his name.
