August 26... The start of transfers to the faculties of Ain Shams University

The Education and Student Affairs Sector, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Mohamed Fathi Saoud - Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, announces the beginning of transfers for students wishing to transfer to the faculties of Ain Shams University for the new academic year 2021/2022 AD, for a month, starting from August 26 until September 30, through the electronic portal of Ain Shams University student services on the QR shown in the pictures.

It is the university's electronic portal for student services, which was launched in conjunction with the digital transformation in educational services.

Through this service, undergraduate and bachelor students can easily transfer from another university to Ain Shams University electronically, through the steps of registering students in the central transfer service, which includes entering the student on the portal website and registering using the national number and his personal data, choosing his type of transfer, then Fill out the application form for the service and upload the required documents. Students can also follow up on the page constantly.

Students wishing to transfer must obtain a study case statement from the faculties they are transferring from, provided that the transfer conditions are met in accordance with the approved terms and announced on the portal. e.

Transfers are made within the framework of the percentage determined by the college councils and in light of their capabilities in relation to the numbers of students transferred to them and the internal conditions of the colleges approved by the University Council. The student is required to study subjects that he has not previously studied at Ain Shams University in accordance with the colleges’ regulations, and priority in transfer is for students with higher grades, and those whose place of residence is within the geographical scope of Ain Shams University, who have passed the period of their card for at least six months.
