The timetable and required papers to apply for the post of Ain Shams University President

Ain Shams University announces the timetable and papers required to apply for the post of President of Ain Shams University under implementation of Presidential Decree No. 52 of 2014, Ministerial Decision No. 5241 of 20/10/2016 and Ministerial Resolution No. 655 of 24/2/2019 to choose the university president. Based on the decision of the Supreme Council of Universities in its session on 16/2/2019 and the ministerial decision No. 734 of 27/2/2019 regarding the formation of the committee concerned with the nomination of the professor, the president of Ain Shams University.
Required documents
- Curriculum vitae in Arabic and English, including (research, scientific skills, supervision of scientific thesis, joint research projects, external cooperation, partnership building, participation in university educational development projects).
- A statement of state including (secondment, vacations, scientific assignments abroad, and sanctions) certified and stamped by the university.
- Plan for the development of the university.
Eight copies of the papers (original copy + 7 photocopies) shall be presented.

Thursday, after 3 pm on 14/3/2019  Declaration of the preliminary list of applicants       
 
From Saturday 16/3 until Sunday 17/3/2019     Receiving appeals
Monday 18/3/2019  Meeting of the appeals committee and announcement of the final list of applicants  
Tuesday 19/3/2019 Committee meeting and delivery of evaluation forms
