“Innovation Camp” ... a free workshop at the Faculty of Arts in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education

The Alumni Follow-up Unit of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University, in cooperation with the Department of Media and Environmental Relations at the Ministry of Higher Education, organized a free workshop entitled "Innovation Camp".

The workshop was held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the College and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rasha Al-Didi, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and the preparation and implementation of Prof. Dr. Eman Taha, Director of the Graduate Education Follow-up Unit, Manal Mohamed Kamel and Laila Mahmoud Abdel Rahim.

The workshop was presented by the trainer: Sahar Ghazi and coordinated by Maryam Raafat from the Injaz Foundation for Training and Nermin Gerges from the Graduate Follow-up Department at the college.

         
   
         

The workshop participants were introduced to the community of entrepreneurs by learning the principles of entrepreneurship, which contributes to developing their communication skills and solving problems in a specific time.

The workshop aimed to provide educational activities that would enable participants to learn many teamwork skills, support entrepreneurship, market entry skills, and how to transform their ideas into commercial and social projects, as well as transform creative ideas into executable products and services, apply the principles of developing ideas in their personal and practical lives, and understand what, types and goals are. The requirements of the business model, how to define project performance evaluation criteria, and the formation of an integrated team to successfully manage the project.

At the end of the workshop, the trainees and trainers received certificates of participation and gratitude from the awarding institution (Injaz).
