These administrations work according to an integrated system aimed at raising the capabilities of university students in the labor market, as well as relying on the requirements of companies and the business sector to develop course programs in different faculties and provide students with those skills before they graduate.
While Prof Dr. Hanan Ismail, Professor of Planning and Economics of Education in the Faculty of Women and the External Auditor of the National Environment for Quality Assurance of Education, confirmed that the university is constantly working to improve its position in international rankings; by qualifying graduates and following up on their jobs and positions after graduation to promote the reputation of Ain Shams University at the level of international forums.
She mentioned that some employers today require the graduate certificate to be be accredited by a national authority to ensure the quality of education. Therefore, Ain Shams University was keen to apply all national and international quality standards in its course programs to grant its graduates internationally accredited certificates that contribute to graduates of the university holding prestigious positions.

She stressed that the academic role of the university requires a long time to qualify the graduate for the labor market within four years, and it does its best to support its graduates in the labor market, but the student must realize its role in university life, so it must become an active element in supporting the educational process, through preparing itself for the labor market in parallel with his studies at the Faculty by participating in trainings and engaging in field practices inside and outside the university campus to adapt to the requirements of the changing labor market.
