Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, inaugurated the activities of the cultural and artistic season of the university, where the university hosted the able artist Mohamed Sobhi in an open meeting with Ain Shams University students, which was organized by the Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector within the activities of the university's artistic cultural season in the presence of Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Gehan Ragab, symposium coordinator and advisor to the Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs. The symposium was moderated by Prof. Dr. Heba Shaheen, Head of the Department of Communication and Media Sciences and Director of the Media Center, presented an overview of the history of the great artist Mohamed Sobhi and reviewed several his acting and directorial artworks, reviewing the number of awards he received.

         
   
         

This was attended by Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Eldamaty, Dean of the Faculty of Archeology, Prof. Dr. Shahira Samir, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Munis, Director of the Middle East Research Center, and a group of university deans and professors, and a. Suhail Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Family for Central Egypt students.

During the opening speech, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini expressed his happiness at the university’s hosting of a high-end artistic value and pointed to the university’s role in raising community awareness and raising the general taste of students through the various parties and seminars presented at the university within the framework of the university’s artistic cultural season.

Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz confirmed the importance of the role of art in consolidating sound societal values ​​and concepts, which is a part of belonging to the homeland, as is pride in national symbols, adherence to and respect for laws, and working hard and honestly, each in his field for the sake of the nation’s development.

The artist Mohamed Sobhi pointed out that Egypt has gone through many periods of light and progress as well as darkness throughout its history, praising God for the return of the Egyptian state with its strength, pointing out that the countries whose peoples destroyed it had a population less than the population of Egypt, wondering how the situation in Egypt would have become In the event that the same situation occurred in Egypt with the large population, but Egypt was able to stand up again and start building the Egyptian citizen, remembering everything that happened in Egypt including the destruction of sidewalks and the burning of museums, cars and others, stressing that whoever does not belong to God does not belong to him. home or family.

He added that we have many problems represented in this generation that found between demolition and construction and which has to find its way towards construction in order to elevate our country, explaining that sustainable development is a direction for the great countries, and building for the future, which is what Egypt is pursuing now instead of the temporary plans that were taking place in The past, and pointed out that sustainable development is the one that guarantees living in the future with strength and to serve new generations, but it requires awareness and understanding.

He stressed that the population problem is a frightening monster that kills any achievement, as Gamal Hamdan said in his book Description of Egypt, adding that there is a large percentage of the population that does not add to Egypt.

         
   
         

He also touched on the issue of ignorance, stressing that ignorance is the beginning of everything that destroys, stressing that we have great people in all fields, pointing to the establishment of a city (together) to confront slums, which will soon open in order to build people, praising the role of the Egyptian state in building hundreds of thousands of equipped apartments at the highest level, which has not happened before in the history of Egypt.

The artist, Mohamed Sobhi, also explained that his prayer during his study at the institute was to be a different artist and not the best actor.

Regarding the most important tributaries in building the human being, the able artist, Muhammad Sobhi, explained that education and culture, art and the family are the most important things that should be paid attention to in order to build the human being. Continuing that the greatest education can be destroyed by a play or any work of art.

Regarding the role of modern technology, he pointed out that it kills new generations if it is used in an exaggerated manner, calling on young people not to support bad and low art through social networking sites and others through what is called (the trend), but rather to contribute to the overthrow of bad art, explaining that the task of Artists find the appropriate alternative, noting that there are many stars that are present and must be given a chance to appear.

A heart-to-heart dialogue was also opened between university students and artist Mohamed Sobhi.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, gifted the artist, Mohamed Sobhi, the university shield, in appreciation of his artistic career.
