The Government Excellence Team of the Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector at the Faculty of Specific Education, Ain Shams University, organized a workshop for the faculty’s administrative apparatus entitled “Basic skills in the word program” within the framework of spreading the culture of excellence and institutional development of the university, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and supervised by Prof. Dr. Osama El-Sayed, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Amr Khalil, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, in the presence of Dr. Mona Al-Zanati, the governmental excellence coordinator at the Faculty, and the government excellence team, which consisted of (Dr. Nesma Hamza, Ms. Esraa Salah, Ms. Sarah Mustafa Attia, Ms. Radwa Ahmed Shaheen).
Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Sayed said that the workshop achieves many goals, such as enhancing the status of the Faculty and developing its cadres, in addition to raising its scientific value through acquiring computer expertise and diversifying the administrative and scientific methods.
Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Sayed said that the workshop included qualifying and training employees on the ways to operate the Word program, its features and elements, and developing their writing skills and abilities, in addition to how to deal with the Microsoft Office program and the possibility of working on it. performance levels to contribute to achieving Egypt 2030 goals.
