The Faculty of Law holds an inaugural lecture for postgraduate students in the Diploma in Private Law

An inaugural lecture for graduate students was held at the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University, with the aim of presenting the most important jurisprudential, legislative and judicial developments in the field of private law, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research.

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Safi, Professor of Public International Law and Dean of the Faculty, began the lecture by welcoming the audience and stated the purpose and importance of the lecture. Then a group of faculty professors spoke on the subject, and they are: Prof. Dr. Hamdi Abdel Rahman, Professor of Civil Law and former Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Prof. Dr. Taha Awad Ghazi, Professor and Head of the Department of Philosophy and History of Law and former Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Nagy Abdel Momen, Professor and Head of the Department of Commercial and Maritime Law and former Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Yassin El-Shazly, Professor of Commercial and Maritime Law and Vice Dean of the Faculty.

The lecture was attended by a group of professors, including Prof. Dr. Khaled Hamdi, Professor and Head of the Civil Law Department and former Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Dahoum, Professor of Law Philosophy and History and Director of the Arbitration Center at the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Lotfi, Head of the Private International Law Department of the Faculty, Dr. Abdul Galil Al-Saeed, a teacher of international law at the Faculty, and a number of faculty assistants at the Faculty, and a large group of graduate students.
