The visit of a delegation from “Tahya Misr” Fund to inspect the simulation center at the Faculty of Medicine

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, received Major General Mohamed Amin Nasr, advisor to the President of the Republic and Treasurer of Tahya Misr and the accompanying delegation to inspect the skills lab of the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Omar, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Shahira Samir, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Osama Mansour, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Heba Allah Saeed, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Yasser Mujahid, Director of the Engineering Consulting Center, Prof. Dr. Samia Abdo, Director of the Infection Control Unit and Deputy Director of Hospitals, Prof. Dr. Eman Yahya, Director of the Simulation Center, Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Marwa Khairy, Deputy Director of the Center.

         
   
         

He inspected the skills lab, which contains a number of simulation models "manikins" that were donated to the university entirely by Tahya Misr Fund. It is worth mentioning that these models are intended for training students, which reduces the margin of training errors and helps correct them.

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, praised the efforts of the Tahya Misr Fund and its support for the skills lab project at the Faculty of Medicine, which is a leap in the modern teaching mechanism, which gives students of the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University more training opportunities and practical practices.
