The Anti-Violence and Harassment Unit participates in the charity exhibition at the Faculty of Medicine

In continuation of the activities and events carried out by the Unit against Violence and Harassment against Women at Ain Shams University, the Unit against Violence and Harassment in Ain Shams participated in the charity clothing exhibition at the Faculty of Medicine, which is held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President University President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Omar, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Shahira Samir, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Naira Sami, Professor at the Department of Public Health and Community Medicine at the Faculty and Prof. Dr. Hind Al-Hilali, Director of the Anti-Violence and Harassment Unit.

         
   
         

Prof. Dr. Hend Al-Hilali explained that the unit is participating in the exhibition in cooperation with the "Youth and State of Challenge" bloc, headed by Representative A. Maysa Atwa, deputy of the Solidarity Committee in the Egyptian Parliament, pointing out that the exhibition comes within the joint activities and events between the two parties within the framework of the cooperation protocol signed between the unit and the “Youth and Women Challenge” bloc, in the presence of the protocol coordinator, Dr. Hoda Helal, the environmental consultant in the unit, and that the exhibition coincides with the global event (16 days to combat violence and harassment).

Prof. Dr. Hind Al-Hilali added that the unit’s participation comes within the charitable exhibition held within the Faculty of Medicine, which is organized by the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty headed by Prof. Dr. Shahira Samir, in cooperation with the Department of Public Health and Community Medicine under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Naira Sami, the Department of Solidarity and the Student Support Office at the Faculty She pointed out that the exhibition continues from the beginning of the week until the end of the week for the benefit of all male and female students and workers within the Faculty of Medicine.
