The Board of the Faculty of Specific Education at Ain Shams University held its third session for this year, where the session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Sayed, Dean of the Faculty, and in the presence of the Vice Deans of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. El-Hilali El-Sherbiny is the head of the Sector Committee for the Faculties of Specific Education and Home Economics, the former Minister of Education, heads of departments and all members of the Board.
Prof. Dr. Osama El-Sayed welcomed the attendees, at the beginning of the session, and Prof. Dr. Al-Hilali Al-Sherbiny, where they stand a minute of mourning for the soul of the late Prof. Dr. Hesham Salameh and condolences to the family of the Department of Music Education, and Prof. Dr. Mona Salama, the sister of the deceased, and praying for him for mercy and forgiveness, and congratulations Prof. Dr. Ahmed Nabil, as Head of the Educational Media Department, also urged the heads of departments to participate in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit competition (ihub).
In the same context, Prof. Dr. Al-Helaly El-Sherbiny highlighted the development within the Faculty, and the Faculty’s attainment of the first positions and its superiority in many fields, such as the sports field among students, and the field of creativity and innovation for undergraduate and graduate students, and that the Faculty is in the process of accrediting the bachelor’s bylaw with the credit hour system.
On the sidelines of the board, Prof. Dr. El-Helaly El-Sherbiny, and Prof. Dr. Osama El-Sayed, Dean of the Faculty, honored Prof. Dr. Safaa Sayed Mahmoud, Professor and Head of the Department of Education Technology, for receiving the Appreciation Award from Ain Shams University. Dr. Noha Gaber, an educational technology teacher, was honored for her participation in the preparation of the competition (the best environmentally friendly university), and the student Nancy Mohamed for obtaining second place at the level of Ain Shams University and third at the level of Egyptian universities in the athletics championships running 100m and 200m, and the student Rawan Samir for obtaining the position The first for the Confederations Cup for traditional karate.
