Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs on an inspection tour of the exams at the Faculty of Science

In continuation of the inspection tours carried out by Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, to follow up the progress of exams in the various faculties of the university, which are held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, inspected the examination committees at the Faculty of Science, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ragaa, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Eman Abdel Azim, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Amani Suleiman, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

         
   
         

During his inspection tour, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, praised the package of precautionary measures taken by the Faculty to ensure the safety of students and the smooth running of the exam process, and he also made sure that students had received the vaccination for the Corona virus and stressed the need to direct those who did not receive the vaccine to centers University vaccine.

He also conducted friendly dialogues with the students, to ensure that the exam was compatible with the courses, that the answering time was appropriate for the exam time, and that the appropriate atmosphere was available for their comfort, which would enable them to take the exams smoothly.

For his part, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ragaa, the Dean of the Faculty, stated that the exams marathon started on January 9 and will continue until February 3, and the number of Faculty students who take exams is 4600 male and female students in more than 30 different academic programs in addition to 4 new programs.

         
   
         

He added that the examination periods were divided into two periods of time per day and over three days per week for each academic level and alternately because there was no crowding or overcrowding between students during entry and exit from the committees, and that the Faculty had reduced the number of students inside the examination committees to prevent student density, within the framework of Ensure that the rules of social distancing are applied among our students.

On her part, Prof. Dr. Eman Abdel Azim, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, said that sterilization and disinfection are also carried out periodically for committees before and after each exam. Heat for students before entering the committees, while providing disinfectants in front of the committees.
