The Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs tour to the examination panels at the Faculty of Specific Education

Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, inspected the examination panels at the Faculty of Specific Education to check on the safety of the examinations in the faculty, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Osama El-Sayed, Dean of the Faculty and Prof. Dr. Walaa Anis, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs

Prof. Dr. Abdul-Fattah Saoud, talked in a parental conversation with the students to check on the smoothness of the exams in the presence of the professors of the subjects. The tour included passing several examination panels, the unit of measurement, evaluation, and control.

         
   
         

During his tour, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Fattah Saoud confirmed that the Faculty of Specific Education will witness a distinct transfer after the completion of the work plan for the development of the faculty campus.

His Excellency also praised the Faculty administration's keenness to implement all precautionary measures to limit the spread of the Corona virus, apply social distancing within the panels, and commit to wearing masks all the time, whether students or observers, as well as measuring temperatures for all students and workers before entering the examination panels, and continuous sterilization of panels and corridors before each Examination period in order to ensure the safety of students and workers and to educate students about the obligation to wear masks and maintain social distancing.

Moreover, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Fattah Saoud stressed the need to ensure that all students are vaccinated and direct those who did not receive the vaccination to the vaccination headquarters in the Faculty.

Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Sayed said that the exams for the first semester began last Saturday, corresponding to the 9th of January, and will continue until the 4th of next February, and it is scheduled that the exams will be conducted for approximately five thousand students in all teams and departments, as the faculty includes five scientific departments and the Department of Psychological and Educational Sciences

         
   
         

Several paths have been allocated for female students to enter committees that differ from exit paths to prevent any crowding before or after the exam period.

Prof. Dr. Anis Walaa said that the students have been divided, where the test performs the first and third squad in daily exchange with the second and fourth squad, and exams are conducted for each squad in a separate period to achieve maximum distance within the committees between students and the absence of crowding during the entry and exit of students.
