During his inspection tour, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh El-Damaty confirmed that the university is under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University and Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, seeks to provide an appropriate environment for students to perform their exams with ease and ease, and at the same time ensures the safety of all participants in the examination process by taking into account the application of precautionary measures, the distance between the student, stressing the wearing of medical masks, and making sure that Students receiving doses of the emerging coronavirus vaccine.
Dr. Mamdouh Al-Damaty, Dean of the Faculty, explained that those who did not receive the vaccination will not be allowed to enter the exams, in accordance with the decisions recently taken by the Supreme Council of Universities headed by Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which stresses the keenness to take all necessary measures to ensure good conduct and care. Prof. Dr. Hossam Tantawy, Vice Dean for Student Education Affairs, indicated that today is the beginning of the exams for undergraduate students, and that it will continue until Monday, January 31, 2022 AD, where students of different programs are tested according to the announced schedules, and that the number of those taking exams for the first semester is limited to 201 A male and female student enrolled in the first year, due to the newness of the Faculty and the start of study there for the first time during the current academic year.
His Excellency added that among the measures taken by the faculty to organize the exam process are the necessity of the presence of the subject professor during the exam, the availability of a qualified medical staff, a sufficient number of observers and administrative staff, adequate lighting and adequate ventilation in the halls, and informing students of the rules governing the performance of exams electronically and on paper.
Dr. said. Nawal Jaber, Head of Control at the Faculty, confirmed that it is confirmed that the vaccine for the emerging corona virus has been received before students enter the examination committees, in addition to taking many measures in order not to overcrowd and distance during entry and exit from the examination committees, and that there are safe distances of one and a half meters between students during Examination, as well as allocating places for students of special cases of the faculty during the examination period.
On his part, Mr. Hossam Hosni, the secretary of the faculty, said that the faculty is committed to sterilizing the halls and corridors before and after each committee, and communicating with the General Department of Medical Affairs to provide a medical team during exams, as well as organizing exam halls and placing guidance signs, and cards with the names and numbers of students sitting on the seats to facilitate students and observers.
