A meeting of Faculty of Business representatives with the Omani Authority for Academic Accreditation and Education Quality Assurance team

under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President of Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Khaled Qadri, Dean of the Faculty of Business, Prof. Dr. Hussein Issa, Professor of Accounting and former President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Hiam Wahba, Professor of Finance and Vice Dean of Graduate Studies, Prof. Dr. Abdul Moneim Al-Saeed, professor of human resources at the faculty, met with representatives of the Omani Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education (OAAAQE).

This meeting comes to discuss the committee charged with conducting a reassessment of the institutional standards of Sur University College in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the activation of the MBA program in General Administration, which has been offered by the Faculty of Business at Ain Shams University in the Sultanate of Oman for more than 6 years.

Where the two parties exchanged discussion and different ideas about evaluating the current status of the program and the strategies for developing and proposed evaluation mechanisms.

         
   
         

It is worth noting that the cooperation program between the Faculty of Business at Ain Shams University and Sur University College in the Sultanate of Oman started since 2016 with the aim of providing a graduate program in the field of business administration for a master's degree MBA in public administration in order to raise the efficiency and develop the skills of those enrolled in the program from various ministries and the government authority in the Sultanate of Oman.

Faculty of Business, Ain Shams University, transfers its expertise by presenting the program in the Sultanate of Oman under the full supervision of the Faculty of Business at Ain Shams University, including teaching, exams, supervision and discussion of scientific theses.

Emphasis is also placed in the theses on providing the most appropriate practical solutions for the employers of those enrolled in the program in order to improve their performance and create an added value for the students and the organizations in which they work.

It should be noted that so far three batches have graduated from the program and there are still many batches completing the various stages and requirements of graduation in light of Ain Shams University's keenness to support and activate distinguished international partnerships.
