The Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research receives the Belgian-Iraqi composer Qutaiba Al-Nuaimi

Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, received Professor and composer Dr. Qutaiba Al-Nuaimi, Iraqi/Belgian, member of the Belgian Forum, International Relations Officer for the Hino International Festival in Belgium, and the creator of the system (particle polyphonic degrees for Arabic maqams), prior to the implementation of workshops for the Department of Music Education, Faculty of Specific Education, Ain Shams University, entitled "Innovation of the polyphonic partial grading system that was adopted as a creative approach to Western and Middle Eastern music", under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, headed by Prof. Dr. Osama El-Sayed, Dean of the Faculty, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dalia Hussein Fahmy, Head of the Department of Music Education at the Faculty.

         
   
         

The meeting came at the University of Zafaran Palace, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kadri, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Amr Khalil, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environment Affairs.

At the end of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, honored Professor of Music Qutaiba Al-Nuaimi, gifting him the university shield, honoring the participants in the Belgian soprano workshops: Julie Kabget, giving her the university medal, and honoring the Iraqi oud player Muhammad Al-Attar, director of the Oud House in Baghdad, and giving him the university medal, and also honoring the Iraqi cellist Adwar Kazem Hassan, and violinist Dr. Marwa Amr, violin teacher in the department, participates in the workshops.

         
   
         

It is worth noting that the workshops came with the support of Abu Dhabi Festival and the sponsorship of the Department of Music Education at the Faculty of Specific Education, Ain Shams University, where Dr. Al-Nuaimi gave an explanation to the students about his innovations in vocal compatibility, which critics and specialists considered an important step for exporting Arabic music to the world in a modern scientific way.
