Arduino workshop to learn electronics programming at the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Nagwa Badr, Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, and Prof. Dr. Hala Mushir, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of the Faculty’s Youth Welfare Department and the Student Families Committee of the Faculty Students’ Union, the RoboTech family held an Arduino workshop to learn electronics programming.

The workshop covered the concept of robotics and electronics, the practical application of electronic components L, the use of different sensors, and the calculation of the energy used to make the components.

The workshop was recorded and a simulator was made for training on the devices, in order to facilitate the first year students to work on the electronics course project in the second semester.

About 380 students attended the workshop in two periods during the mid-year vacation.
