“Presentation skills” …A training workshop for students of the Faculty of Archeology

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Eldamaty, Dean of the Faculty of Archeology, and supervised by Prof. Dr. Hossam Tantawi, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and the implementation of Mr. Tamer Tharwat Al-Assal, Director of the Student Welfare Department, and the organization of the Faculty’s Students’ Union. The Faculty of Archeology held a training workshop for students entitled “Presentation Skills”, in which Ms. Duha Ahmed Abdel Hamid Helal, certified trainer for sustainable development and official of the Training and Development Unit at one of the private research centers lectured.

   
   

Prof. Dr. Hossam Tantawy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, stated that this workshop comes within the framework of the development and implementation of training programs that the Faculty of Archeology is witnessing, including lectures and workshops aimed at providing students with the skills necessary for the labor market, foremost of which is the skill of individual and collective presentation and presentation to help them pass future job interviews. And before the start of the workshop, Ms. Doha Helal presented a brief summary of her biography and the most important practical stations in her life.

   
   

In the workshop, Helal highlighted the importance of a strong and good presentation and what are the ways to review it. She also explained what are the basics of preparing a good and convincing presentation, and what skills must be possessed to achieve the desired goals and the success of the presentation. The workshop included several activities and events that witnessed great interaction from the students.
