For the second day in a row, the comprehensive development convoy of Ain Shams University provides services to the people of Shalateen, Halayeb and Abu Ramad in the Red Sea

Ain Shams University's comprehensive development convoy continues to provide its various services to the people of the cities of Shalateen, Halayeb and Abu Ramad in the Red Sea Governorate, under the auspices of Major General Amr Hanafi, Governor of the Red Sea and Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and in the framework of the presidential initiative "A decent life.

It is organized by the Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector at the university, headed by Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President of the University for Sector Affairs, in cooperation with the Red Sea Governorate and the Southern Military Region, under the supervision of General Prof. Dr. Shahira Samir, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Tarek Youssef, Deputy Executive Director of University Hospitals, under the supervision of Mr. Suhail Hamza, Secretary General of Ain Shams University, Assistant to the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector Affairs.

The work of the convoy witnessed a massive influx of citizens, in light of the application of all precautionary and preventive measures.

Free medical services were provided in parallel, by opening clinics in both Shalateen City to serve its residents in various medical specialties such as ophthalmology, internal medicine, orthopedics, dermatology, pediatrics, chest, general surgery, dental, ear, nose, throat, neurological, psychological and gynecology, in addition to medical tests and radiology.

At the same time, clinics in Abu Ramad provide free medical services in the specialties of internal medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, women, obstetrics, ENT and orthopedics.

A number of minor operations were carried out and the treatment was given free of charge through the Caravan pharmacy, in addition to measuring blood pressure and sugar.

The awareness campaign activity presented by Dr. Tarek Abdel Fattah witnessed several lectures, including the Nursing Institute training lectures entitled "Modern Management of Medical Services and Health Care".

It dealt with a general introduction to hospital management, basic functions in hospital management, modern applications in hospital management, technology and medical management.

         
   
         

At the Social Services Center, a lecture was presented on the phenomenon of traditional and electronic school violence... its causes, types, methods of prevention and treatment, in addition to a symposium on drug damage and methods of prevention and treatment at El Shalateen Sports Club.

         
   
         

The activities of the convoy are scheduled to continue until March 31.
