Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the Education and Student Affairs Sector organizes today the closing ceremony of the Ramadan round of Ain Shams University on the stadiums of the Faculty of Business, where the final match will be held in the football competitions between the Shubra Stars and For Egypt teams.
Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, honored the teams that won the first three places, in addition to a special award presented by His Excellency to his students, which is the award for the best team with sportsmanship.
The final match will also be held in the table tennis competitions for boys. Dr. Abdul Fattah Saoud honored the male and female students who got the first three places in table tennis.
On the sidelines of the end of the Ramadan round, the Ain Shams University Alumni Association is organizing a football match between the Falcons and Tigers teams under the supervision of Prof. Reem Al-Kabariti, Director of Alumni Associations Department at the university.
It is noteworthy that the Ramadan round of Ain Shams University was launched on April 12, in which 128 teams participated in the five-a-side football competitions and 32 teams in table tennis competitions from various university faculties. The course was organized by the General Administration for Youth and Family Welfare for Central Egypt, under the supervision of a . Dr.. Tamer Rady, Advisor to the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and
a. Muhammad Al-Khatib, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and a. Muhammad Al-Sharqawi, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and a. Yahya Hassan, Director of Student Unions and Families Department, and a. Mohamed Hassan, Director of Sports Activity Department, and a. Ahmed Khaled, a family coordinator for Central Egypt, in the presence of student Aya Hisham, head of the University Students' Union, and Abdullah Yassin, vice president of the union.
