The British Times Higher Education announced the fourth edition of its famous “???” ranking on achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, which showed that Ain Shams University was among the best universities in the world in 12 sustainable development goals.
It ranked third internationally at the university level, and first in Egypt and Africa in the field of clean water and sewage treatment SDG 6
The ranking of Ain Shams University for this year is as follows:
• Ranking 101-200 in the general ranking in the world.
• Second place at the level of Egyptian universities.
• SDG2 Zero Hunger Index: ranked 201-300
• SDG3 Good Health and Well-being: ranked 101-200
• SDG4 Quality Education: ranked 401-600
• SDG5 Gender Equality: ranked 201-300
• SDG7 Affordable and Clean Energy: ranked 101-200
• SDG11 Sustainable Cities and Communities: ranked 101-200
• SDG 12 Reasonable Consumption and Production: ranked 201-300
• SDG13 Climate Action: ranked 82
• SDG 16 Peace, justice and strong institutions: ranked 101-200
