under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Hazem Rashid, Dean of the Faculty of Education, launched the final exams for the second semester of the academic year 2021/2022 at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University.
The examination periods were divided into three periods per day in order to avoid crowding or crowding of students entering and leaving the committees.
The faculty has reduced the number of students inside the examination committees to prevent student density, in the context of ensuring the application of the rules of social distancing between students, taking into account the periodic sterilization and disinfection of the committees before and after each exam.
The faculty administration stressed the provision of all means to achieve the greatest degree of sterilization and disinfection of the committees between examination periods, stressing that all participants in the examination process wear the muzzle and the readiness of the medical center, and making sure that the committees are ventilated as well as the control rooms.
This is in addition to the necessity of the presence of the subject professor on the day of the exam to answer all questions and inquiries related to the subject, and the importance of all faculty departments working together to ensure the success of the exam process, which led by the Student Affairs Department and the Medical Center.
The faculty administration was also keen to provide alcohol and disinfectants to students to counter the spread of the Coronavirus.
