Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Safi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Shafei, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, inspected a number of examination committees for the second semester of the Faculty of Law, which is held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, in order to check on the progress of the examination process at the College and to ensure that all precautionary measures are applied and to provide the appropriate atmosphere for students’ comfort
وخلال جولته التفقدية أشاد أ. د. عبد الفتاح سعود بحرص إدارة الكلية على تطبيق كافة الإجراءات اللازمة، لضمان حسن سير عملية الامتحانات وتوفير كافة السبل لتحقيق أكبر قدر من التعقيم والتطهير للجان بين فترات الامتحانات
كما أجرى سيادته حوارًا وديًا مع الطلاب لطمأنتهم والتأكد من توافر الأجواء المناسبة لراحتهم، وتأديتهم الامتحانات في سلاسة ويسر.
وأوضح أ. د. محمد صافي عميد كلية الحقوق أن الامتحانات تجرى على مدار ثلاث فترات يوميًا، ويتم عرض الجداول تباعاً على شاشات موجودة بطرقات الكلية، ويبلغ زمن اللجنة ساعتين تفصل بين كل لجنة وأخرى ساعة واحدة يتم خلالها تعقيم وتنظيف اللجان، كما يتم السماح للطلاب بالدخول فور تواجدهم بالكلية لمنع التكدس أمام اللجان وبالطرقات.
The inspection tour was attended by Prof. Dr. Yassin Al-Shazly, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Dahoum, Director of the English Language Division, d. Mustafa Mahdi, teacher of Islamic law, and Professor Noha Gamal Atwa, Secretary of the Faculty.
During his inspection tour, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Fattah Saoud, praised the keenness of the faculty administration to implement all necessary measures, to ensure the smooth running of the examination process and to provide all means to achieve the greatest degree of sterilization and disinfection of the committees between examination periods.
His Eminence also conducted a friendly dialogue with the students to reassure them and ensure that the appropriate atmosphere is available for their comfort, and that they pass the exams smoothly.
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Safi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, said that exams are conducted over three periods a day, and the schedules are displayed successively on screens located in the college’s roads. Overcrowding in front of the committees and on the roads.
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Shafei, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, indicated that the total number of students who take the exams for the second semester is 30477 male and female.
The number of students who attended the exams is 26,700 students in the Arabic section, 3300 students in the English section, 127 male and female students in the French section, and 350 male and female students in the open education, and the total number of examination committees is ten committees.
He pointed out that the exams started from May 22, 2022 and the exams will end on June 22, 2022.
