The Network and Information Technology Center hosts the Ministry of Finance course to activate the payroll system in preparing the salaries of employees at Ain Shams University

The Network and Information Technology Center at Ain Shams University is hosting a training course on activating a system for automating the preparation and management of salaries and entitlements for employees of the state’s administrative authorities and some colleges affiliated with Ain Shams University through the payroll system.

The course was organized by the Accounts and Financial Directorates Sector at the Ministry of Finance, targeting 60 trainees from Ain Shams University and its colleges.

The organization of this course comes in preparation for activating mechanization in the preparation and management of salaries and entitlements of employees at Ain Shams University, in implementation of the directives of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research.

Dr. Islam Hegazy, Executive Director of Networking and Information Technology Center, confirmed that all the necessary capabilities were provided to the accounts sector team in the ministry entrusted with organizing the course and for the trainees from Ain Shams University, in order to contribute to the generalization of mechanization in all sectors of the university, which is one of the axes of the strategic plan. Which the Network and Information Technology Center works on in terms of providing the necessary electronic infrastructure to facilitate automated mechanization in all departments and sectors of Ain Shams University.
