The E-portal project, under the supervision of Dr. Rasha Ismail, the project manager, provides cultural and student bulletins, which are published on a regular basis and contain news about scholarships for students, scientific conferences and cooperation agreements with the university.

The cultural relations bulletin includes the definition of the official scientific, educational and training grants provided by Ain Shams University, the Ministry of Higher Education, the Supreme Council of Universities and international bodies and universities. These grants include all that may benefit university students, graduate students, faculty members and employees.

The cultural publications that are published on a weekly basis also include the news of the conventions, protocols and memorandums of cooperation that the university holds with various bodies at home and abroad.

Cultural publications also include conferences, courses and scientific workshops organized by the university and its colleges, and international conferences organized by other Egyptian universities, universities and scientific bodies worldwide.

The E-portal project also provides the student bulletin service, which is issued in a bi-monthly journal. It includes the publication of all the news of the activities of the students at Ain Shams University and in all its faculties, including scientific, cultural, artistic and sports activities, and news of competitions at the university level or at the level of Egyptian universities or abroad.
