It facilitates the transfer of all administrative transactions for international students to electronic transactions, which facilitates more transactions and saves time and effort on our students. The system also helps to facilitate communication between the departments of expatriates in colleges and universities.
Dr. Abdul Aziz Mahmoud added that the second axis is the establishment of a website for the unit to care for international students and linked to the official site of the university to include all the arrivals and rules of acceptance and how to apply and services provided to them and activities available to them. Noting that the website is in the process of preparation.
Dr. Abdul Aziz pointed to the creation of an Android-IOS application for the International Student Care Unit, which is available on Google Play for Android phones and App Store for Apple phones, where students communicate with the best and fastest technological level.
An official page for the International Student Care Unit was created on Facebook. This is in order to provide more effective communication with international students as well as to display the activities and services of the arrivals on social networking sites.
