The President of Ain Shams University participates in a policy paper symposium on the impact of climate change on health and health policies
Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, participated in the symposium organized by the British Council in cooperation with the Academy of Scientific Research, entitled "Policy Paper on the Impact of Climate Change on Health and Health Policies".

In this context, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini said that this important symposium was prepared by an Egyptian-British research team that includes a representative coalition of Egyptian universities and the last representative of British universities, pointing out that the outcomes of this symposium will be placed on the table of decision-makers within the activities of the COP 27 climate summit.

     
 
     

He added that Ain Shams University was keen to organize many important events in preparation for Egypt's hosting of the Climate Summit next November in Sharm El-Sheikh, stressing that the reception festival for the university year, which will start next Saturday in the presence of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, will witness a bouquet of activities and events that accompany With the preparations of Egypt and its various institutions to host this important global event.
