Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahab Ezzat, President of Ain Shams University and Mr. Mohamed El-Atriby, Chairman of Misr bank, signed a cooperation protocol to take measures to activate payment and collection services for students' expenses and tuition fees.
This came in the presence of Prof. Dr. Nazmi Abdul Hamid, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Mr. Samir Osman, Secretary General of the University, Mr. Mohammed Al Deeb, Assistant Secretary for Education and Students Affairs, Mr. Suhail Mahmoud Hamza, Assistant Secretary for Community Service and Environmental Development, Director of Banque Misr branch of the University, Director General of Legal Affairs of the University and a number of members of the Board of Directors of Banque Misr .
The signing of the protocol comes within the framework of the implementation of the directions of the State represented by the Ministry of Finance in activating electronic payment and collection services and in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Finance No. 269 of 2018 on the collection of government, tax and customs receivables through electronic payment and collection system.
The protocol is valid for three years and can be renewed. Banque Misr will issue free electronic payment cards for students who will be able to pay their fees and fees. Payment can be made using POS machines or through the university website.
