Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metieni, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Hossam Tantawy, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Archeology, the Faculty of Archeology, Ain Shams University, participated in the workshop organized by the Regional Office of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) on "Cultural Heritage and Climate Change", at the American University in Cairo.
Mr. Islam Ezzat - Assistant Lecturer - Department of Museums and Archaeological Sites Management at the Faculty, Dr. Esraa Saber - Director of Climate Change Research at the Ministry of Environment, Dr. Fatima Mustafa, Director of Museum Affairs at the Child Center for Civilization and Creativity, Mrs. Hadeer Dahab - heritage expert and Dr. Salem Masalha is an expert in the International Federation of Red Crescent and Red Cross Societies participated in the workshop. The discussion is moderated by Mr. Ayman Abdel Mohsen - Director of Projects at the UNESCO Regional Office in Cairo, with the participation of a group of Faculty students from all departments.
