Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Ghada Farouk, Acting Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, received a French delegation from Sanofi, to inspect the cooperation project with the university to preserve the environment and reduce climate change through a medical program with the Telemedicine Hospital. The program also allows measuring the impact of medical treatment Remotely reducing the carbon footprint in the context of preserving the environment and climate change.
Ain Shams University is also cooperating with Sanofi, the largest pharmaceutical company in the world, in a program to improve health services for patients with chest allergies and skin diseases, using telemedicine technology in cooperation with hospitals.
After the reception ceremony at the Zafaran Palace, the delegation headed to the Telemedicine Hospital at Ain Shams University Hospitals, where they were received by Prof. Dr. Osama Mansour, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Hospitals Council, Prof. Dr. Samia Abdo, Deputy Executive Director of Ain Shams University Hospitals, and a. Dr. Muhammad Al-Ghannam, Director of the Heart Academy Hospital, Prof. Dr. Hoda Farid, Medical Director of the Telemedicine Hospital, Dr. Sherine Fawaz, International Agreements Officer at the International Relations Office at the Faculty of Medicine, and a group of consultants in various fields.
