The Vice President of Ain Shams University honors the first-place winners of the Seventh Family Cup for Egypt

In a sporting setting, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, kicks for the final football match in the Family Cup Championship for Central Egypt at Ain Shams University, in the presence of two football stars, Captain Karim Hassan Shehata, Director of Football at the National Bank Club, and Captain Karim Bamboo, former star of Zamalek Club and Al-Ahly Club, and star of the National Bank Club now.

The match was witnessed by Prof. Dr. Hatem Rabih, pioneer of the Family for Central Egypt at the university, and Mr. Ibrahim Saeed, Director General of the Office of the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs and the General Supervisor of the University Dormitories Sector.

The enthusiastic match that took place between the "Shubra Stars and the Winged Team" resulted in the Winged Team winning first place, the Shubra Stars team winning second place, and the Winners team winning third place.

         
   
         

Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud and the attendees witnessed the final match in the Table Tennis Cup for female students. The results of the Table Tennis Cup for female students were as follows: The student Maryam Ashraf Muhammad won first place, the Faculty of Commerce and second place won by the student Maryam Mohie of the Faculty of Arts, and third place won by the student Menna Allah Mohie of the Faculty of Commerce, and about The table tennis student won the first place, the student Tarek Abdel Razek, Faculty of Commerce, the second place, the student Mustafa Emad, the Faculty of Science, and the third place, the student Khaled Mohamed, the Faculty of Commerce.

During his speech, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud urged the students to show sportsmanship in all steps of their lives while adhering to the spirit of honorable competition, stressing that practicing sports is one of the characteristics of a successful personality. He added that Ain Shams University is keen to provide specialized trainers in all fields and sports so that every student finds himself in a sports game or more he can practice during his Faculty years.

Stressing his students about the need to enjoy practicing hobbies and have high-end sportsmanship, and not just compete in order to score centers and encouraging the students and praising the high-end sportsmanship witnessed by all, Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud doubled the financial value of all the cup prizes in the various centers of the cup in table tennis and five-a-side ball. Captain Karim Hassan Shehata also praised the students’ athletic skills and their high-end sportsmanship.

It is noteworthy that the Family Cup for Central Egypt was launched in its seventh edition on November 6, and 256 teams participated in the Five-a-side Football Cup, with a total of 2048 students, and 32 teams participated in the Table Tennis Cup, with a total of 64 students.

         
   
         

The activities of the Cup lasted for two weeks under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tamer Rady, advisor to the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs for student activities, and Prof. Dr. Hatem Rabih, pioneer of the Family for Central Egypt at the university, and Prof. Reham Atifi, who is in charge of the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Education and Student Affairs Sector, and Mr. Muhammad Al-Sharqawi, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare and Mr. Yahya Hassan, Director of the Student Families Department.
