Solid and electronic waste and intact management... A symposium at the Faculty of Pharmacy

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Ghada Farouk, Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Amani Osama Kamel, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rola Milad Labib, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. The Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector at the Faculty of Pharmacy, in completion of the cultural season, organized a symposium entitled "Solid and Electronic Waste and Intact Management".

Prof. Dr. Abd al-Masih Samaan, an environmental expert, and professor of environmental sciences at Ain Shams University was hosted during this symposium and shed light on the types of solid waste, pointing out that the word waste refers to anything a person does not need, such as an old mobile phone or an old television, and some research on the quantities of waste was presented. human-generated, and learn about ways to reduce waste through 3R Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle.

Prof. Dr. Abdel-Masih urged the need to change the way of life and spread the culture of waste reduction, reuse, or recycling.
