The Faculty of Specific Education, Ain Shams University, launched a passive evacuation experiment, which was organized by the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit in the Faculty, in cooperation with the Faculty's Quality Assurance Unit and the Ambulance Department at the Medical Care House, with an intense security presence for training on the evacuation of the faculty in case of risks.
The experiment was sponsored by Prof. Dr. Osama El-Sayed Mustafa, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Farag, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Al-Atifi, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit, and Dr. Ayat Anwar, Director of the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit at the Faculty.
The experiment began with a warning siren in the entire faculty, followed by the immediate and rapid movement of all students, faculty staff, employees, and workers to the gathering areas until the ambulance entered the negatively injured, then this was followed by a whistle after which everyone returned to the office and the school day continued.
At the end of the visit, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Sayed thanked and honored Major General Khairy Hussein, Head of Al-Waili District, Engineer Walid Muhammad Abdel Hadi, Director of Crisis and Disaster Management in Al-Waili District, Engineer Muhammad Qutub, Director of Field Follow-up in Al-Waili District, for their presence in the negative evacuation experience.
