Within the framework of Ain Shams University's celebration of International Arabic Language Day, Ain Shams University produced, sponsored, and chaired by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, a documentary film to celebrate this international day, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, in which a group of students from the Faculty of Al-Alsun participated, under the supervision of Prof. Asst. Dr. Jihad Mahmoud, Assistant Professor of Comparative Literature and Modern Criticism at the Faculty of Al-Alsun, and the students are: "Maryam Essam, Ahmed Abdel-Tawab, and Safa Al-Sayed."
The United Nations chose the Ain Shams University film for display through its platforms, websites, and means of communication, as it was published on the YouTube channel and Twitter.
It is noteworthy that the International Day of the Arabic Language falls on December 18 of each year, according to what was decided and announced by the United Nations.
In this context, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Salih, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Graduate Studies and Research, said that the university is holding a major celebration on the occasion of this important event, on the 22nd of December, entitled "Arab Culture... Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow... Life and Enjoyment," pointing out that the Arabic language is a language The Holy Quran is spoken by more than 400 million people in the world.
And he pointed out that Ain Shams University is holding this major celebration for the second year in a row, with the participation of a group of intellectuals, writers, thinkers, and ambassadors of foreign and Arab countries.
