Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, a delegation from the university's scouting team participated in the international work camp for Egyptian and Arab universities, which was organized by South Valley University.

The activities included a parade for the participating universities, flag-raising and saluting ceremonies, a public service project, and landscaping of some places, in addition to scout competitions and training sessions to develop scout skills.

The participation of the university's mobile delegation came under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tamer Rady, Advisor to the Vice President for Student Activities, Mrs. Reham Muhammad Al-Atifi, who is in charge of the affairs of the Assistant Secretary of the University, Mr. Muhammad Al-Sharqawi, Acting Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and Mrs. Asmaa Khater, Director of Scouting Management at the University.
