The Innovation Center launches the Entrepreneurship Camp to qualify students participating in innovation competitions

Within the framework of the university's interest in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, and to complement the effective role played by the university through sponsoring and supporting the activities of the ASU-iClub of the University's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Ain Shams University (ASU-iHub) launches a qualifying camp for students participating in innovation competitions in the various faculties of Ain Shams University, under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of the University for the Education and Student Sector, which will start on Sunday, January 29, 2023, at 10:00 am in the MPU Hall of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center ASU-iHub, which aims to qualify students participating in innovation competitions in the university’s faculties, which is considered as a qualifying stage for them to enter the final competitions in their faculties to qualify them for the Ain Shams Innovates 2023 competition.

By organizing and supervising Prof. Mohammed Al-Buhairi, Executive Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Weam Mahmoud, Deputy Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Dr. Islam Adly, Director of Innovation Clubs Activities at the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Mrs. Samar Medhat, Director of the Innovation Clubs Project at the Center.

         
   
         

During a full week, students will experience a wonderful experience for a broader and deeper understanding of the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, how to find innovative ideas and solutions to various societal problems, and how to transform these ideas into applicable and competitive projects, by qualifying them through lectures and workshops, which include (Design Thinking, Lean business, Business model, Marketing, Pitching, and Sustainable development.), and expert trainers in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship will give lectures during them.

It is likely that about 300 male and female students from the various faculties of Ain Shams University will benefit from the innovation camp, covering all scientific and theoretical disciplines.
